As an international recruitment agency, overseas employers typically issue a demand letter outlining job vacancies together with a letter of authority authorizing us to act as their recruitment consultant in Sri Lanka and handle visa-related and other formal procedures. The overseas employer also forwards a draft employment agreement between the employer and employee. We then call for applications, shortlist suitable candidates, and arrange tests and oral interviews conducted either by the employer or an authorized representative at suitable locations in Sri Lanka, or online via platforms such as Skype or Zoom.

As an overseas placement agency, we follow a structured process to ensure that only the most suitable candidates are selected for each job profile. Our industry experts and consultants prepare candidates for pre-selection interviews and tests carried out jointly with HR representatives. We also arrange medical checkups for selected candidates at authorized centers in Sri Lanka, followed by visa processing, employer follow-ups, ticketing, and immigration procedures.
